Well, no matter how you put it, each tenant administrator has to deal with Security and Compliance for the sake of their organization and their data. Microsoft had for a long time one Admin Center and underneath that one PowerShell module. Now we have two separate Admin Centers, but there is still only one PowerShell module to manage it.
