In Outlook if you hit Refresh the page (or click Retry in OWA), you will eventually get a certificate warning page like this:
Click on “Continue to this website” in Outlook. Some versions of your browser may not allow you to proceed like IE 11 which gives this message:
If you do, use Outlook to access the plugin for now. Some versions of IE will show this message (just click show content):
