The Tool
The tool itself is currently being published on a GitHub site and has also been announced by Paul Cunningham on his Exchange Server Pro blog. I am simply reposting the information as I am involved in the project as well. The tool is currently in BETA status now with tests being added to the tool as they are tested and published. As can be see by Paul’s post, the tool is also a bit rough at the moment, which s to be expected because of the very nature of the tool and the fact that it just went public.
How you can help
For those of you in the Exchange community that can would like to contribute, please go to the Github site and help suggest tests or test the code.

Exchange Analyzer for 2013 and 2016
If you are running Exchange 2013 or 2016 you may have noticed that the latest iteration of the Exchange Best Practices analyzer is a bit lacking. Specifically there is no new tool for Exchange 2016. As of now there is no official word as to when a new tool will be provided or if it will ever be provided by Microsoft. In order to fill that gap a group of Exchange MVPs got together and started their own analyzer for Exchange 2016 and 2013.
