Next the link provides a shortcut to training for the end users, or consumers of Office 365 content. The link to this training will provide a shortcut, for the end-user, to basic training videos on the wide array of services they need like the office suite, One Drive, SharePoint, Teams and more.

Just like the first set of admin videos, these videos are a good starting point for an end-user needing to learn how to use office. They are not comprehensive, nor a full training set, but neither are they intended to be. If more comprehensive training is needed after these videos are used, then in may be worthwhile to either get some paid training or provide the training yourself.

Conclusion
While the information provided is not comprehensive, and I don’t think Microsoft means it to be, the links themselves and the positioning of the links on an Office 365 tenant provide a great way to get an admin’s attention. The material appears to be a quick way to educate a brand new admin as to the features in a tenant. I would recommend that if you are the administrator (Global Admin) and brand new to Office 365. These videos are relatively short in length, ranging from 1 to 5 min in length. After that you should deep dive into Microsoft’s own documentation as well as pick up a few books on Office 365 by experienced writers and Microsoft MVP’s. If you are not a brand new admin, then skip these videos and go straight to Microsoft docs or books on Office 365.
